Project Manager/Designer
Craft Architecture Studio is a full-service boutique architecture firm located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. With the belief that beauty exists in simplicity, CRAFT strives for elegant design solutions through a deliberate design process, incorporating details that are well thought out and proven.
CRAFT is a small, growing firm that specializes in custom residential, remodel and small-scale commercial projects. We are seeking an ambitious and passionate team member who embraces collaboration and has the skills to contribute to a range of tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated creative, who is committed to producing superior work product.
Position includes:
- Part-time to full-time employment

Required Qualifications:
- Must be capable of working in the office, located in downtown Steamboat Springs
- 5 to 10 years of professional office experience
- Project management experience on residential and commercial projects
- Must be proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp and Microsoft Office
- Must hold an accredited degree in Architecture
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to adapt when required by demands from more than one project
- Understanding of construction documents and detailing
- Experience in full scope of architectural services, from schematic design through construction administration
- Aptitude in sustainable design and construction methods
