Using design-build project delivery with a local builder, the architectural drawings were produced and coordinated closely with the builder and his wife, enabling them to build a well thought out home for themselves, with careful and effective use of space and energy efficient construction techniques. As a second phase of construction, a detached garage was built to accompany the 1850 sf home. Equally well conceived, it includes an upper level office space and studio apartment.
