Formerly home to a 2 story restaurant, with an apartment on level 3, this project comprised a redesign of the restaurant levels, converting level 2 into a two bedroom condo.  Level 1 was remodeled as an event space, with large new glass door systems creating open and easy access to exterior deck spaces.
