Designing and building his own house for the first time was an opportunity for Adam Wright to explore various design ideas while pursuing a high level of sustainability by pursuing the LEED green building rating system. The project ultimately achieved a Silver rating under LEED V4.0.
The primary residence is approximately 2100 sf with a 650 sf attached apartment over a 2 car garage.
