An existing home in downtown Steamboat Springs (circa 1970s) underwent a transformation with significant updates to both the interior and exterior materials and style.  With the goal of creating covered exterior space to endure hot sun and substantial snowfall, a new canopy roof redefines the entry, garage and rear patio.  Living and dining spaces have been complete redefined, while the kitchen is embellished by the addition of a walk-in pantry on one side and a pass-through window to the back patio on the other.
