RiverView is a 4 ½ acre development on the Yampa River in downtown Steamboat Springs.  Divided into 5 distinct parcels, the scope of work comprised defining a custom zone district, a planned unit development (PUD), for the land. This included the written documents and parameters, such as floor area ratio and building heights, shaping the building type for each of the 5 parcels.  The PUD is characterized by multi-use and multi-family buildings.
